Sourcing Manager - HR Services
The Group is striving to be the best bank for customers and to help Britain prosper. We're all responsible for the long-term success of the company - through our individual roles, activities and achievements. Here in Group Sourcing, we help our business source goods and services in the right way that maximises value for all our customers.
Our Group Sourcing Function consists of 7 teams of business focused specialists, who manage, support and advise Lloyds Banking Group on all sourcing activity. We work collaboratively with business units across the Group providing transformational solutions to suit their needs, in line with cost management principles. This covers all external spend, from small purchases to major investment programmes, as well as enabling systems and processes.
The Operations team is responsible for sourcing all HR related services and our key stakeholders are Group HR and the divisional HR teams. Our sourcing activity includes Recruitment, Training, Reward and HR Services.
As an experienced Sourcing professional you'll be responsible for a variety of HR sub-categories and will be highly motivated and customer centric with a grounded knowledge of sourcing, negotiating and drafting of contracts. You'll help drive down costs in delivering our service through the identification of simplification opportunities, delivering savings targets in line with the Group's objectives.
Your excellent Project Management skills will also stand you in good stead. This will be a challenging role in a fast paced environment; as such you'll need to be resilient, confident and able to clearly articulate concepts, risks and consequences such that you take your business stakeholders with you.
To succeed in this role, you must have recent experience of sourcing, negotiating, implementing and managing HR related contracts ideally gained in a large organisation. A strong sourcing background including demonstrable experience of using a defined sourcing process (e.g. 7 steps etc) is also essential.
So join us and be part of an inclusive, values-based culture focused on making a difference. Whatever your aspiration, you can also expect excellent benefits, personal development and a career that's enriching and full of opportunity.
