Our client is a leading provider of travel services including accommodation reservation, transportation ticketing, packaged tours and corporate travel management. They have recently opened their UK Head Office in Edinburgh and are looking for an experienced and professional Office Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for a comfortable working environment within the office;

Organization of clients visiting the business and related administrative outreach work;

To promote the company office modernization, intelligence and information technology;

To assist organising management meetings, tourism and other activities of the company;

Produce a regular summary report, supervision and operation to ensure effective operation;

Responsible for fix asset management and related report maintenance.

To complete the other work assigned by Managers and Directors

Work requirements:

1, Bachelor degree or above, 5 years or more administrative workers preferred;

2. Experience with an Office Manager role

2, Must have a high sense of responsibility and professionalism, strong sense of confidentiality;

3, Good communication, coordination, organization, planning ability;

4, Have the ability to produce official documents and be skilled with office software and office systems;

5, Excellent problem analysis and ability to solve and outreach and public relations capabilities, with the ability to solve unexpected events.

6. Chinese speaking is a strong plus

Working with the other worldwide offices and internal department. Be responsible for the general running and maintenance of the Office and work closely with the IT and Telecoms partners. Liaison with relevant suppliers and partners.
