Safer Communities Team Leader

Stirling Council is looking for a dynamic and innovative professional to lead the Safer Communities Team based in Stirling City Centre. The postholder will be responsible for directing the activities of a wide ranging team of professionals and support staff, monitoring team performance and implementing personnel practices. The successful applicant will have experience in managing in a fast moving customer focussed environment preferably with knowledge of Enforcement, Anti-social behaviour and Housing. Ideal qualities required to perform successfully in this role will be a high level of emotional intelligence, strong interpersonal, communication and facilitation skills as well as experience of leading a large diverse team to explore and implement innovative solutions and alternative ways of working.
