Award winning events marketing specialists, Penmex is undergoing expansion and we have immediate openings for customer service / sales assistants to start ASAP!

No customer service or sales experience is necessary, however, applicants must be confident and comfortable speaking to people face to face, have an outgoing and enthusiastic personality, and a strong work ethic.

Your day will start and end in the office, with the morning consisting of coaching sessions, product training and the setting of expectations before then travelling to an event. The evening will consist of data configuration, reporting and reconciling.

As a customer service & sales assistant you will be required to:

  • Learn all about our client's products, services & promotions
  • Engage customers
  • Handle queries
  • Conduct presentations
  • Complete sales

We will teach all aspect of;

  • Brand protection
  • Customer acquisition
  • Events coordination
  • Objection handling
  • Sales

As a customer service & sales assistant, you will be the face and voice of our clients. It will be your responsibility to generate a buzz about our client's products and services, engaging with customers to allow you to conduct presentations and ultimately close sales.

For legal reasons applicants must be 18 or over. Applicants successful at the initial interview will be invited to spend a day observing one of our advisors. As it is a part of the interview process and counts towards making the final decision applicants will not be compensated and expenses will not be covered. Our contractors are self-employed and paid on commission only for each sale they generate, all earnings are uncapped therefore you are in control of your earnings. The openings are immediate start, therefore we are unable to process applications from people not currently able to commute to Edinburgh.
