We are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a successful Cost Consultancy for their Cost Management team based in Glasgow.

You will have the opportunity to progress within the business and develop your career further. You will be responsible for working on projects in various sectors, including; health, retail, commercial, residential and education.

Responsibilities will include:
- Client interaction - ensuring that client objectives are met through the delivery of a value added cost management service
- Conducting feasibility studies and report writing
- Managing estimating and cost planning activities, as well as presenting the final cost plan
- Managing the full procurement process
- Ensuring the production of monthly post-contract cost reports and presenting them to the client
- Leading a cost management team, ensuring that they deliver effectively

It is essential that you have a Quantity Surveying Degree or similar qualification and have obtained MRICS chartership. Ideally you will come from a cost consultancy background and have experience in working across a variety of sectors. Experience in managing a team will be highly advantageous.
