An interesting position has arisen within the Children's Hearings Scotland Training Unit (CHSTU) based in West Lothian College as an E-Learning Co-ordinator. The role will require you to administer, co-ordinate, develop and promote e-learning resources and facilities for the CHSTU with an emphasis on administering their Moodle Virtual Learning Environment.
As well as supporting users, you will also work closely with CHSTU staff to enable and expand the use of the VLE and to enable development of on-line learning and teaching and assessment across the CHSTU.
In order to be successful, you will ideally have some previous experience of working in an ICT environment and you ideally you will also have experience working with virtual learning environments. You will have excellent administration, technical and organisation skills and you will be qualified to SCQF level 8 or above.
The post may suit a recent computing graduate who is looking to gain practical work experience.
