An excellent opportunity has now arisen for a Contract Manager to join us in Inverness.  This role will also include UK travel.

Within this role, you will manage planned and preventative maintenance, unplanned maintenance and installation programmes as required.  You will also be responsible for managing the effective and efficient utilisation of all available resources for the contracts including labour, materials, plant, vehicles and other resources.  In addition, you will also assist the Operations Director in the financial and commercial management of the contracts.

In order to be successful in this role, you will possess a relevant qualification in an M&E discipline or trades background and will be a Member of the British Institute of Facilities Managers or other relevant body.  An IOSH or equivalent qualification is also required.

With experience of managing a PPM & Reactive maintenance contract, you should also have experience in L8 Water Hygiene coupled with knowledge and understanding of BIM.  Extensive knowledge of health and safety requirements in the building industry is important and you should be familiar with staff, operative and sub-contractor management.

Above all, it is important to us that you are able to relate to clients positively, compromisingly and sensitively, and have the ability to make things happen, seize opportunities and act upon them.

The ability to obtain enhanced PVG clearance is essential.

 

A current clean driving licence is essential.
