ROLE DEFINITION

To provide support to a range of projects in line with the Digital Strategy. Working closely with others to develop efficient processes that make effective use data.



KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Corporate Responsibilities

  • To undertake individual role in line with the Council's Strategic Priorities and in compliance with the Council's corporate policies and procedures.
  • To undertake any other reasonably required duties as instructed by Management or someone acting on their behalf, in addition to the role specific tasks & responsibilities detailed below.

Role Specific Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Provide support for facilitators at improvement workshops.
  • Provide line management of a team of Senior Admin Assistants
  • Assist in the development and delivery of training in relation to Information Governance
  • Identify opportunities for improving efficiency through more effective use of data
  • Analyse statistics and provide spreadsheets and graphs showing trends, (FOI, data usage etc.)
  • Assist with small improvement projects getting experience of using change methodology and tools
  • With support, develop and implement plans for implementation of O365 and GDPR

  • HNC in a relevant subject or equivalent work experience
