Due to the continued success of the company, a vacancy has arisen for a Full Time Administrative Assistant for our busy IFA office in Troon. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator to join an established Wealth Management firm.

You will work collaboratively within our busy team to assist in building strong relationships with clients whilst ensuring an exceptional level of customer service.

Skills Required:
- Experience in Office Administration
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Pleasant, confident manner
- Pro-active attitude
- Ability to prioritise workload

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support
- Managing telephone call and queries
- Maintenance of industry specific back office system
- Client servicing
- Liaising with providers
- New business processing

Basic industry knowledge would be advantageous but not essential. We will provide full training for the correct candidate. To be successful for this role you will be well presented, have a pleasant, confident telephone manner, have excellent communication skills and be of good character.
