You'll take all the above and put these development plans into play, managing the RFP team (up to 6 direct reports), developing them using the new continual framework/system, and being the go-to point for sign-off. You'll be hands on too, delivering market-leading RFPs/Proposals to a global audience and getting into the nitty gritty of a number of already-planned RFP improvement projects.
