Front of House Assistant - 2 x 16.5 hours per week - Fixed Term until June 2018
You will support the delivery of an efficient and effective front of house service, to ensure that the main campuses are supported appropriately during these times. This will involve delivering the full range of front of house duties including receiving visitors, handling telephone enquiries, processing payments and printing/mail room activities. You will also be required to administer first aid support as necessary, to ensure that all campuses function effectively.
The post will include evening cover.
Experience of delivering front of house services and excellent communication and customer service skills are essential for these posts. A current qualification in first aid is also desirable.
