Our award winning tearoom is looking for a supervisor to join and help lead our small team of high performing staff.
We require someone with prior experience in the food and hospitality industry who is able to prepare and plate food in our fast paced kitchen.
The successful applicant will have exceptional customer skills, a great eye for detail be adaptable and motivated.
Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
Ensuring health and safety and hygiene standards are maintained in tearoom and kitchen.
Leadership, supervision and motivation of staff to ensure smooth running of daily service.
Cash managment and stock control.
Preparation and plating of food maintaining a consistent and high standard
Hours; 9-4.30/5pm including weekends
Will also be expected to work at key times to the business eg bank holidays Easter etc.
Own transport would be an advantage due to our rural location.
