Senior Role Career Opportunity - Manager (East Renfrewshire and Glasgow)

CPD and reflective practice are important parts of the role and you will be expected to attend training, quality improvement groups and senior meetings to enhance both your own learning and influence the company to meet its goals.

Successful applicants will be required to meet criteria for registration with Protection of Vulnerable Groups Scheme, Scottish Social Services Council and will be reference checked.

Requirements: Minimum level 4 childcare qualification or higher and 3 years childcare and supervisory or management experience necessary. If applicants do not hold the BA Childhood Practice or Level 9 equivalent you must be willing to work towards this.

Supporting Their Staff – BA at Glasgow University is funded and employees are appointed a workplace mentor to support them whilst undertaking the degree. Bonus on successful completion of the necessary qualification.

Current Salary - £19,012.63 per annum based on working 29.75 hours. After one years’ service they pay each manager an annual December bonus of £500 and an additional Performance Related Bonus of up to £5000 paid in June.

Flexible Hours of Work – to include 7.45am-9.00am & 2.45pm-6pm term time. Paid admin hours and training to support work/ family balance. School holiday hours negotiable.

Generous Holiday Allowance - 35 days holiday per annum (including 10 public holidays) (prorate dependent on number of days worked).
