We are currently recruiting for Support Workers to cover various shifts including days, evenings, rotational weekends and sleepovers at Quarriers Village, Bridge of Weir. We have various vacancies available covering different projects within the village supporting adults with a variety of disabilities and support needs.

Previous experience of care would be advantageous, however life experience is an asset. Ideal candidates with be passionate about people and have a real empathy for peoples different needs and abilities. They will thrive to make a positive difference to people’s lives, supporting them to reach their full potential.

Quarriers is committed to providing extensive training and development opportunities. Candidates must be willing to register with the SSSC within 6 months of securing position. After registering with the SSSC there is a requirement to be qualified within 3 years.

Candidates must be aware of limited bus service to the village and there is no bus service at weekends.
