Our manufacturing client is going through a period of growth and is looking to appoint an Account Manager to join their existing team.

The Account Manager will manage a number of Key Accounts and the on-time delivery of critical parts. The Account Manager will manage the Supply Chain end to end process, from confirming customer orders, liaising with Procurement & Planning to Delivery of goods.

Other responsibilities of the role will include;

- Manage commercial performance of accounts, business planning and revenue forecasting
- Developing strong relationships with key decision makers
- Addressing client concerns and providing result driven solutions
- Problem solving complex queries
- Working closely with internal Stakeholders working across Engineering, Procurement, Planning and Manufacturing
- Strategic growth and development of existing and new business

Experience and Knowledge for the role;

- You will have worked in a similar Supply Chain Co-ordinator / Account Management / Contract Delivery role within a fast paced manufacturing environment
- Experience of building strong relationships with both internal and external Stakeholders
- Confident to work in a demanding, ever changing and pressurised environment
- Enjoys the challenge of working to deadlines
- You will have excellent attention to detail and be process driven
- Be an excellent communicator
