As well as being able to develop and grow a customer base, you’ll demonstrate a dynamic, forward thinking leadership approach to the team within the branch. You and your team will be working in partnership, selling NFU Mutual’s award-winning products, while championing British farming and promoting NFU's range of membership services. You will be a key member of the local community and the point of contact for advice, expertise and help.
NFU Mutual’s attentive, personal and local service is what makes us so different and it’s our Agents/Group Secretaries and everyone within our network who contribute to this. With the support of NFU Mutual and NFU behind you, you will benefit from high retention rates and an established business. At every stage, we’ll help you to be the very best that you can be.
With this combination we would expect by the end of your first year that your commission income would be £50,000. However it does not stop there, as your income will grow as you develop and expand your agency.
