Grade/Salary: NLC11 £33,432 - £37,200 per annum (pro-rata)
Hours: 28 Hours
Work Pattern: 9-5 (over 4 days)
(This post is fixed term for a period of 12 months to cover maternity leave)
CultureNL Ltd is a charitable organisation that delivers arts and entertainment services, museums and heritage services, libraries, community facilities and play services across North Lanarkshire on behalf of North Lanarkshire Council.
Based at CultureNL's headquarters, Coatbridge, you will be responsible for the research, development and implementation of a comprehensive range of marketing and promotional strategies designed to increase audience participation across the company’s entire cultural portfolio.
Additionally you will be responsible for; managing the company’s print and digital content equity, including all campaign materials, websites and social media channels; devising and carrying out market research; audience development plans; and developing effective communication networks for disseminating information on its entertainment, heritage and attractions, events and performing arts programmes.
To be successful in this role, you are educated to degree standard or have an equivalent qualification in marketing, communications or a relevant discipline and have demonstrable experience and a proven track record of working in a team leader or project management role in a marketing environment. Additionally, you will have sound marketing and financial management skills, copy writing and communication skills.
