Position: Finance Administrator
Location: Edinburgh
Salary: £18,000 - £24,000 per annum + benefits

Our client is recruiting for a Finance Administrator.

Key responsibilities:

Posting purchase invoices, dealing with supplier queries;
Entering information on to the computer system:
Invoicing;
Bank reconciliation;
Raising queries;
Liaising with accountants and team members;
Associated finance administration;
Posting cash payments and receipts, bank reconciliations, reconciling inter-company balances;
Process and check expenses, prepare quarterly VAT returns, calculating accruals and prepayments;

The successful candidate will have:

Have previous working knowledge as a Finance administrator;
Excellent communication skills
Good MS Office skills
Great attention to detail
