Our Client is looking to hire a Rewards Analyst on a Staff basis based in Aberdeen, UK.

Due to the nature of the role, suitable candidates will reside in or near Aberdeen, UK.

The candidate will be responsible for the administration of the global reward programmes. Assist with the cyclical processes relating to the global reward programmes. Support with projects (annual and ad hoc) and deal with reward related queries in a timely manner. Ensure that reward related data is accurate and employee queries are dealt with correctly and efficiently.

Essential Experience:
1) Responsible for the administration of global reward programmes and supporting the Reward function.
2) Provide high level of service to employees in all locations ensuring that employee queries are answered in a timely manner.
3) Follow and develop processes to guarantee that data is accurate and recorded in the HR system accurately.
4) Provide support to Reward Team for all annual and ad hoc projects relating to employee reward.
5) Administer the Reward mailbox and all related queries. Responsible for the daily administration relating to the reward programmes.
6) Coordinate and document regular and ad hoc meetings.
7) Work with other teams (Payroll, Finance, Compliance), where required, to ensure any reporting and reconciliations are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
8) Responsible for the administration of the global share plans including both ad hoc and annual grants, vesting and exercises. Including reconciliations.
9) Ability to analyse reward data and interpret the data to formulate different scenarios and options.
10) Experience of constructing letters and rules for non-standard reward schemes.
11) Strong analytical skills.

1) Experience of non-standard reward schemes e.g. Carried Interest and Performance Fee sharing.
2) From a Financial services background.
3) Global tax/payroll exposure
