Call Centre Agent
Our client based in Motherwell is looking for a Customer Service Agent to field calls from Customers/on site merchants who are experiencing issues with their card payment terminal.
The role consists of the Customer calling in to advise they have a fault with their card payment terminal and then going through with them specific checks to try and resolve the issue.
You must have previous Call Centre or Customer Service experience.
This is a 40 hour week between the hours of 8am and 8pm working any 5 days from 7, on a 6 week rotation shift pattern. Please note due to the location, you will need to have your own transport.
