We are a long standing high street brand, trading seasonally between October and January each year, during the busiest retail trading period. We recruit self employed Store Operators to run our retail outlets throughout the UK & Southern Ireland each year.
Calendar Club is looking for hard working, self motivated individuals who are confident running their own business. We provide the stock, premises, shop fittings, uniform, and systems. Store Operators are then contracted to run the store as their own business, employing and managing staff, during an agreed period. Operators earn commission on their sales.
Key duties include: Key holding (responsible for the store out of hours) banking, employing staff, running the store and ensuring it is staffed at all times. Ensuring that all aspects of the relevant Health and Safety regulations are adhered to and also that the staff and store looks and acts inn keeping with the Calendar club brand.
Calendar Club Operators must be able to drive sales, provide excellent customer service, follow stock control processes and administer their store, whilst adhering to our company procedures. You will need to interact with customers to provide a great shopping experience, which is unique to the high street.
We offer full training and support, enabling every Operator to set up, trade and close their branded store at the end of the season.
