Tenant Liaison Officer (Fixed Term until 31 March 2017) (PKC02440)
£10,370 - £11,684 (18 Hours per week)
Pullar House, 35 Kinnoull Street, Perth

Perth & Kinross Council's Housing Repairs & Improvements Service are recruiting a Tenant Liaison Officer.

The post will form an integral part of the Housing Improvements Team.
The successful applicant will be expected to provide a comprehensive Tenant Liaison Officer service involving the communication and liaison with tenants and owners regarding the completion of improvement works to their homes.
It is envisaged that the post will focus on the completion of refurbishment works in mixed tenure properties where the tenement management scheme will be implemented.

The Individual

The successful applicant will:-
Have previous experience of customer service and housing management having worked in a housing or property maintenance environment.
Have an understanding of housing law, and knowledge of the tenement management scheme experience of delivering high standards of customer care in a housing or construction environment.
Be an excellent communicator and have experience of working with microsoft IT packages.
Hold a full UK Driving Licence.
