The purpose of this role is to process budgetary information according to established financial management procedures and accurately measure service, collating the necessary information to produce accurate and timely ITSM reports.
Your role responsibilities will include:
Coordinating timely production of service reporting, collating information from a number of vendor sources providing regular accurate updates to the key stakeholders.
Coordinating the gathering of performance scorecard data and completing supplier scorecard.
Accurately measuring service, collating information form a variety of vendor and internal sources.
Coordinating set up of effective IT Service meetings/calls with third party suppliers.
Ensuring problem records are maintained and updated from supplier reporting.
Undertaking trend analysis on incident and problem data to produce regular reporting.
Supporting the financial management processes; procurement and GRN, recording transactions.
Maintaining and updating IT service financials to accurately calculate monthly billing.
Supporting service credit analysis, highlighting discrepancies against cost charges and service received.
Your skills, knowledge and experience:
Experience of financial administration, service measurement and reporting gained within the financial services industry.
Foundation level knowledge of ITIL v 3 would be advantageous.
Well organised and able to prioritise workload in line with tight deadlines and work effectively under pressure.
Highly numerate, with excellent analytical and problem solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent team player with ability to working closely with others to deliver results.
Proven track record of working on own initiative, with the ability to introduce fresh thinking to the role and the wider team.
Demonstrate an ability to think and reason logically.
Strong relationship management skills.
Excellent written communication - business and project reports.
Exceptional communication skills - ability to communicate effectively with anyone in any environment, e.g. able to translate complex / technical issues to meet the audience's competency level.
