The Complaint Resolution Team handle and resolve escalated complaints and use their technical knowledge and strong relationships with third party companies to complete thorough investigations in order to deliver fair outcomes to customers.

  • Previous complaint handling experience is essential
  • Experience of regulated environments, process and procedures
  • Previous experience within a Financial Services environment
  • Relevant professional qualification
  • Good written and oral skills
  • Ability to handle conflict and overcome objections
  • Knowledge and understanding of pensions and annuity products
