You will implement and support effective and integrated planning and performance management processes for the Social Care Service, in line with the requirements of best value and internal and partnership governance arrangements.
You will be committed to working with partners and front-line teams to support continuous improvement.
Educated to degree level in business administration or management equivalent.
You will support service and section planning, self-evaluation performance analysis, reporting the continuous improvement of processes, also of the systems of capture of essential management and performance information.
You will demonstrate a strong commitment to promoting excellence in every aspect of planning and performance management working with partners and frontline teams to support continuous improvement. This important area of work provides an opportunity for people who like to work across conventional boundaries, solve problems and design effective systems and procedures.
Educated to degree level in business administration or management equivalent you will have a strong background in public sector management, planning and performance and the personal qualities to take on challenge and change are required.
Prior to confirming appointment, we will undertake an enhanced criminal records check through Disclosure Scotland.
