Customer Service Advisor - Hamilton Contact Centre
We’re looking for Customer Service Advisors to work in our John Lewis Contact Centre in Hamilton. If you’re resilient and enjoy the variety of dealing with different people, this could be a great role for you.
PC skills are essential and you’ll be working in a fast-paced environment that requires a high level of attention to detail, as well as the motivation to achieve targets. Join us and you’ll be part of a dedicated team that makes sure every caller gets world-class customer service.
We offer an hourly pay rate from £8.27 per hour. This is equivalent to a starting annual salary of £15,642. In addition to this we offer an attractive benefits package.
We have various temporary full time working patterns available, up to 36.25 hours per week. Flexible shift patterns will include rotational evenings until 8pm as well as some weekend working. Shifts will be notified four weeks in advance.
