Job Advert

Your main duties will include leading the delivery of Badminton coaching sessions and relevant associated award scheme administration. You will set up and break down equipment safely and lead assistant coaches and volunteers.

You will be pivotal in delivering a quality programme of coaching at Grangemouth Sports Complex across the district both indoors/outdoors and on a variety of surfaces from recreational players to development squads.

You must hold, at least, a national governing body of sport level 2 coaching qualification. Experience of previous badminton coaching would be beneficial.

You will work 1.5 hours per week on a term time basis.

This post is temporary until September 2017 due to budget restrictions.

Successful applicants for posts working with children or vulnerable adults will be subject to disclosure checks or the new PVG scheme.

The successful applicant will be employed by Falkirk Community Trust. The Trust is a charitable company set up by Falkirk Council to deliver culture, library, recreation and sport services on its behalf from 1 July 2011.
