Self- motivation, tenacity and the ability to find solutions to customer objections is a must have. As a Sales Consultant - Vitality Health & Life you will provide specialist sales guidance on our Life and Health products to both the individual and SME market place. The opportunity is to work on a self - employed basis and with earnings based on a commission only model there is an uncapped earning potential. During the first 6 months of the role, a commission underpin of 2000 per month will be provided for the right candidate. Our top performers will earn in excess of 100K per year. Responsibilities as our Sales Consultant - Vitality Health & Life include: - Build and maintain relationships with individual and SME customers - Regularly attend Direct Sales Team meetings - To increase sales of Life and Health products with the aim to achieve the specified annual sales target - Generate sales strategies to grow the Vitality Life and Vitality Health brands and market share - To maintain regular contact with your Regional Sales Director within the assigned area - Support the DSF Risk and Compliance team as required - Contribute to the development of the Life and Health product proposition as appropriate - Adhere to compliance processes and procedures - Assist with marketing initiatives and special projects for the Life and Health proposition as required To become our Sales Consultant - Vitality Health & Life, you will have the below skills and experience: Essential - GCSEs or equivalent education - Experience in a face to face selling environment - Experience in selling in a regulated environment - Ability to multi-task and prioritise activities to work under pressure to strict deadlines. - Microsoft Office - Word, PowerPoint, Excel - Excellent group presentation skills - Excellent communication skills at all levels with attention to detail.
