The role and its purpose
Your primary focus will be to provide timely and accurate reporting on all aspects of payment activity, including completed and failed payments, performance and stability of payment systems, and in the event of outages be able to quickly identify customer and revenue impact to senior management.
You will be responsible for producing the KPI`s for the team - analysing the data to tell the story and maintain and develop the Payments Reporting Pack.
You will provide analysis, insight and support to the Customer Payments Team to help drive change to increase payment success rates, improved system stability and enhance customer experience.
You will be responsible for maintaining and developing the databases owned by the Customer Payments Team, identifying and implementing improvements to processes, reporting and stability.

As a Reporting Analyst you will work within Three`s Customer Payments Team developing reporting and insight, providing management information and analysis on all aspects of customer payment activity.
What does the role involve
Maintain and enhance Payments KPI and SLA Reporting, linking Payments, Fraud, Customer and Payment Vendor data.
Produce ad hoc reporting showing impact of Payment outages on revenue and Customer Experience.
Deliver analysis on Insight Reporting identifying key risks and opportunities to improve Customer Experience and Payment processes.
Produce reporting to support cross functional Initiatives/Projects.
Maintain and develop payment databases, ensuring optimal stability and recovery processes are in place.
Ensure all reporting processes are documented and fully DPA and PCI compliant.
Work cross functionally to deliver Payment Reporting requirements to all stakeholders.
Liaise with Payment Vendors to deliver performance monitoring reporting.
The type of person we are looking for
Must Have Experience
Experience in the preparation and delivery of management reports and financial analysis
Competent in the use of databases and data retrieval, using Access, Business Objects and SAS
Advanced Excel and competent in other Microsoft products
Good analytical skills
Strong written and verbal communications skills
Ability to challenge, influence and persuade
Nice to Have Experience
Experience of supporting a customer facing team
Experience of supporting operational functions
Banking or transactional processing experience
