Clerical Assistant (Fixed Term until 31 March 2017) (PKC02412)

Community Alarm, Beechgrove House, Perth 

An opportunity has arisen within the Community Alarm / Telecare Team for a Clerical Assistant to provide a clerical service and support to the Community Alarm / Telecare Team.

You will be responsible for producing statistical reports as required from databases so you must be competent in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel and be able to work accurately under pressure and within tight timescales.

You must have effective and proven communication, customer care and organisational skills, and have experience in dealing with the public. You must have the ability to maintain confidentiality; work co-operatively with other professionals, families and carers; and to work both on your own initiative and as part of a team. You should be enthusiastic, motivated and able to cope with demanding work.

Training will be provided for the successful applicant.
