Linking Lives is part of the Partners for Inclusion Group and has been developed in line with the implementation of the ‘Self Directed Support Bill’ in April 2014.

With the implementation of SDS in April 2014 there is more opportunity for people to have full control of their finances to purchase services they require. We continue to be flexible and listen to what individuals and their families want and then provide a tailored service that meets their requirement.

Linking Lives, the newest part of the PFI Group is looking to develop our approach to reach more people who require increasingly flexible arrangements from just a few hours per week.

The aim of Linking Lives is to provide people with choice, control & connections to the wider community and support where it is needed.

Linking Lives Senior Development Leader

Salary: Circa 32K. Based in Kilmarnock.

This is an opportunity to join a service at the early stages of its development, to grow and make a positive difference in the lives of people supported and their families. The Partners for Inclusion Group provides flexible truly person focussed support to individuals.

At the PFI Group we believe that we all need support in our lives and that this support needs to be offered in the spirit of humanity and mutual regard – no one wants support thrust upon them by someone who thinks they know best or by someone who is simply doing a job. That’s why as with the rest of the PFI Group we place a strong emphasis on a person only gets support from someone they have chosen to be in their support team.

If you like the sound of this, have experience of developing new services and have experience of strong leadership at practitioner level in the social care sector we’d like to hear from you.
