Service Manager - Adult Services (Care at Home)
Do you have what it takes to join our Older Adults team to lead development of our care at home supports including our in house home support service, building on our significant progress in Self Directed Support and the opportunities that Integration offers in North Lanarkshire. Our continued investment is in supporting individuals live at home as active citizens and making the best use of their own networks to enrich their lives.
We require a leader and manager who can operate during a period of significant organisational and legislative change / budgetary constraints whilst, at the same time, maintaining professional standards, providing professional guidance and supporting staff as well as ensuring accountable practice.
A professional or academic qualification in a relevant discipline and substantial management experience in social work, including supervisory experience, is essential as is a track record of successful partnerships with users and carers.
You will be required to demonstrate a commitment to Social Work values and standards and be aware of our vision for services consistent with the 21st Century Review of Social Work Services. You should also be able to demonstrate resilience as well as managing performance.
