One of the Stirling Council's Key Priorities is to develop advice services that are fit to support people through the current round of welfare changes by establishing an integrated service with voluntary sector leadership.
This post is part funded through the European Social Fund and reports to the Advice Services Co-ordinator.
The Money, Debt and Benefits Adviser will promote the financial wellbeing of citizens in Stirling and work towards the alleviation of hardship and disadvantage by providing information, advice and assistance on money, debt, benefits and related issues.
The successful candidate will be required to be a member of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups Scheme (PVG) for adults. If your application is progressed after the interview, you will be invited to come in to complete the form and have your details verified.
