2 x Client Account Managers - Broxburn

Our client is an exciting, forward thinking business at the forefront of the commercial refrigeration and air conditioning marketplace. A position has become available for 2 x Client Account Managers to join their company based in their Broxburn Head Office.
The role will involve looking after designated national accounts from buying new equipment to after sales ensuring the client's needs are met and that our client continue to be a market leader in the supply, installation and service of commercial refrigeration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identifies development potential in individual customer accounts by studying current business trends
  • Interview key customer personnel and Capital Cooling Ltd personnel who have worked with the customer to evaluate strength, weaknesses, opportunities and threats regarding the account
  • Qualify potential customer account development opportunities and schedule appointments accordingly
  • Prepare quotations for new equipment for customer accounts
  • Raise orders and invoices for customer accounts in a timely fashion
  • Deal with telephone and email enquiries for both equipment and service
  • Monitor Stock levels of equipment required for customer accounts
  • Order stock from other brands recognized by Capital Cooling Ltd
  • Update and maintain client websites if applicable for new sales and condemned equipment
  • Communicate condemnation notices to customers as necessary
  • Liaison with other departments as necessary to ensure customer needs are met
  • Manage communication activities targeted to customers
  • Develops sales by making the initial presentations to customers explaining product and service enhancements and additions
  • Closes sales by overcoming customer objections and preparing contracts
  • Manage and give support to all departments regarding customer accounts
  • Manage and report on delivery against plan and objectives regarding each customer account
  • Attend customer review meetings
  • Review new customer contracts and negotiate any disagreements
  • Create and submit tender documentation for new and existing customers
  • Create new processes/working practises to improve service to customer
  • Organise required internal training on customer systems/processes
