Job Title: Customer Service Advisor

Location: Dundee

Salary: Competitive - Depending on experience.

Position: Full time permanent position

A fantastic opportunity to join a global organisation based in Dundee who are continuing to develop and expand. Tradeprint, winner of the PrintWeek Awards Company of the Year, and the leading trade printer in the UK, is looking to recruit a Customer Services Advisor.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing all customer communication processes including inbound calls, emails and live chat.
  • Meeting KPI's for inbound call handling.
  • Meeting KPI's for live chat and email responses.
  • Taking ownership of requests to resolve issues to full completion, to meet customer needs.
  • Managing assigned regular key tasks, meeting KPI requirements.
  • Putting the customer first and to enhance the customer experience at all times.
  • Undertaking proactive selling calls.
  • Undertaking sales campaign follow ups.
  • Taking part in sales lead generation and new prospect processes.
  • Undertake additional tasks as appropriate.

Key Skills

  • Able to balance key tasks while prioritising incoming customer requests.
  • Ability to work in a call centre environment.
  • Ability to manage difficult clients in a calm and professional manner.
  • Expert in time management, prioritising tasks and able to manage a high number of tasks at any one time.
  • Fast learner, confident with on-line and offline software packages.
  • Ability to communicate verbally, through email and via live chat in a professional, calm and knowledgeable way, in-line with company requirements.
  • Team player but with confidence to make decisions and work without supervision.
  • Have a solutions driven approach.
  • Keen to take ownership and deliver customer service excellence.

Experience of running an Ebay business is a definite advantage. The right person will have the opportunity to take ownership of our Ebay shops to grow the business and deliver success.
