They are currently recruiting for an experienced Receptionist for their busy Glasgow Head Office.

Main duties will include:

- Answering all Incoming Telephone Calls
- First point of contact for visitors (arrange refreshments etc).
- Ensure sign in sheets are printed off & old ones scanned into folder.
- Sign for mail/ Accept deliveries.
- Sort mail/ faxes and distribute accordingly.
- Stationary orders as and when required.
- Invoicing
- Sending copy invoices & putting notes onto CBS as per Accounts team.
- Updating email addresses on system as and when required.
- Ensure Board Room Calendar is up-to-date.
- Ensure refreshments etc. are organised for any upcoming events for (Meetings/Events etc).
- Typing for Sales Staff & other departments.
- Emails for the Billing Dept.
- Mail shots as & when required.
- Any other duties are required.

Salary up to £18,000 (Depending on Experience)

The successful candidate will benefit from a competitive salary and a full time, permanent position. Hours of work are 08:45-17:30 Monday to Friday.
