ASA Recruitment's Oil and Gas client based in the South of Aberdeen have a requirement for a Contracts Engineer. Reporting directly to the Business Development Manager, the successful candidate will work closely with the Tenders and Contracts Coordinator throughout the whole tendering process.
Key Tasks:
Draft contracts for review prior to tender submission dates
Draft Parent Company Guarantees, Bank Guarantees, Performance Bonds or Bid Bonds for review/execution prior to tender submission dates
Coordinate/review any contractual negotiation required by Contractor and Client
Ensure final contracts are reviewed prior to signature, ensuring that all qualifications are agreed
Ensure successful handover to the Operations team
The successful candidate must have knowledge of CRINE Logic Contract Standards.
