Project Support Officer
Temporary
Edinburgh City Centre
to £14.00 per hour
ASA's client is city centre financial services organisation, currently recruiting for a project support officer due to increased workload.
Responsibilities include:
Create and maintain the High Level Visual Plan
Maintenance of the integrated MS Project Plan
Maintenance of the deliverable schedule
Create and maintain sign off Log
Chasing Sign Offs
Create and maintain central repository of compliance key deliverables
Assist with production of key reports
Financial control and budgeting
Setting Up Meetings
The successful candidate will have:
Good interpersonal skills
Self starter
Confident
Forward thinking
Attention to detail
Good verbal and written communication
Experience:
5+ years PSO experience
3+ years Project Management Experience
Experience of supporting Project Portfolios or Programmes
Financial Services desirable
