Senior Quantity Surveyor required to work for one of the UK's Leading design, construction and industrial manufacturing companies. Working hands-on to oversee various multi-million pound groundwork's, civil's and construction works including monthly valuations and sub-contract payment and procurement on multiple projects. It is essential that you will have experience of working within the Construction industry and have financial, commercial and contractual awareness. It is also important that you will have an in-depth understanding of the principles of sustainability, partnership working, value for money and continuous improvement. You will be computer literate, a good communicator and negotiator and have strong presentation skills.
