The Learning and Development division at Change Recruitment Group currently has a requirement for experienced soft skills Training Delivery professionals, who are immediately available for fixed term contract assignments in varied locations outside Edinburgh.

You should be an experienced Trainer with specific skills in customer service, soft skills and contact centre training. You will enjoy working in a fast paced environment and you should take an innovative and creative approach to training. You will have in depth knowledge and experience of the full training cycle, and you should have proven yourself in a similar training delivery role previously. You should also have the ability to engage quickly with your audience whilst understanding their individual training needs and requirements.

Someone who has delivered training to a customer service focused industry or busy contact centre environment would be encouraged to submit their CV.
