ASA RECRUITMENT ARE LOOKING TO EMPLOY EXPERIENCED ON-SITE CO-ORDINATORS / SUPERVISORS FOR A HIGH VOLUME TEMPORARY CONTRACT.
Role
To manage relationship between our client and temporary workers on-site to maximize commitment, productivity, attendance, and high performance of temporary workers, Provide maximum support to our clientÂ’s Labour Management Co-coordinator.
Previous experience in a high volume production and/or distribution environment at supervisory level, and with proven track record in dealing with, motivating and managing people
Proficient in Excel and Word packages, and be extremely analytical in order to meet reporting requirements of our client and have ability to interpret and analyse data in order to maximize performance of temporary workers.
Flexible in approach with excellent communication skills in order to relate to temporary workers and senior management during duration of contract
