ASA Recruitment is looking to recruit a Home manager for one of its clients.
The home is a frail elderly home providing nursing care with current poor occupancy and requires a strong leader who has the ability to motivate staff and market the home positively.
Experience at a management level is essential either a registered nurse or equivalent social care background with demonstrable knowledge of the Regulation of Care Act.
Social background would require a level 4 in care or a degree and a level 4 in management. All candidates must be prepared to work towards the Registered Managers Award (Leadership and management award).
The salary is £36,000 p.a. with 25% bonus on achievement of set targets.
